Fees

Clear fees, defined upfront

Transparency is the foundation of a relationship of trust. The fee arrangement and amount are communicated to you from our first conversation, before any commitment.

Fee arrangements

Fixed fee

A global amount set in advance for a clearly defined task: contract drafting, company formation, contract audit. The amount is set before the work begins - no overrun without your prior agreement.

Hourly rate

Billing based on time spent, suited to matters whose scope evolves or is hard to define in advance. The hourly rate is communicated before any work.

Retainer

Recurring legal support for entrepreneurs and companies with ongoing needs: document review, monitoring, occasional advice - without billing for each request.
